Assessment Center Support Tool (ACST/ACST-SA) - PRIVACY PROTECTION POLICY

You are accessing the Assessment Center Support Tool (ACST/ACST-SA).

Please note that all data processed within the Assessment Center Support Tool is confidential and may be used only for the purposes intended by the certification assessments provided by AUDI AG!

Before you continue, please carefully read the entire ACST/ACST-SA data protection guideline that follows. Before you are allowed to use the system, you must accept these conditions.

PRIVACY PROTECTION POLICY

Please note that your personal data (authentication data, contact data, results) is stored in the Assessment Center Support Tool (ACST).

Access to the ACST was granted to you in order to enable you to participate in certification assessments provided by AUDI AG as observer/administrator or as candidate.

You have the right to access, modify or delete your personal data saved in the training portal, or register objections, by contacting:

the contact person responsible on-site
the relevant persons responsible at AUDI AG.

Processing of personal data in the Assessment Center Support Tool (ACST)

The personal data of the users of the IT-system is processed in the Assessment Center Support Tool (ACST) with regard to the following:

Individual key authentication data (name, user name, password) for observers and administrators
Individual key identification data (name, company, function, country) for the allocation of assessment results for candidates (trainers)
Data pertaining to the tasks performed by candidates (trainers)
Data pertaining to the candidates’ (trainers’) results

Purpose of personal data acquisition

The above personal data is acquired for the following purpose:

Production and delivery of a results report for candidates (trainers) at the end of the assessment centre

Duration of storage of personal data in the Assessment Center Support Tool (ACST)

The above personal data is stored for the duration as follows:

Personal data of candidates – at least till the assessment center candidate’s final results report has been produced and delivered, at most until 3 weeks after the assessment center. Afterwards all candidate-related data is deleted from the IT-system.
Personal data of observers/administrators – at least for the duration of their deployment as observers/administrators in an assessment centers including the production of the final results reports. At the latest, their personal data is deleted from the IT-system, when they are not appointed as observer/administrator in further assessment centers conducted with the Assessment Center Support Tool (ACST).

Access to your personal data

Please note that access to your personal data is granted to the persons coordinating the training at your company as well as AUDI AG training representatives and their sales organization exclusively for the above purpose and to perform the associated functions. All of these persons are contractually obliged to handle this information confidentially.

DATA SECURITY AND SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

Please observe that we have taken the necessary technical and organisational security precautions to ensure the protection of your personal data to prevent unauthorised modification, data loss or unauthorised use/access. In doing so, the technical details, the data type and storage method and potential risks have been taken into consideration.

Your user ID and password are intended for your personal use and are not transferable. Please do not disclose your password to anyone. Please be aware that you will be held responsible for illegal actions performed in the Assessment Center Support Tool (ACST) under your authorisation or through use of your user ID.

This software (Assessment Center Support Tool/ACST) has been developed by my-conet, Dr. Thomas Mayer, Nuremberg, who retains the copyright and intellectual property right of the software as a whole and of all its parts except for those components that have been developed by third parties and for which separate licenses exist (see credentials).

my-conet grants AUDI AG the right to use and distribute this software solely for the purposes intended by the AQT300 certification assessments provided by AUDI AG.

End users are allowed to install and run the software on as many personal computers as necessary for the above stated purpose.

Neither the software as a whole or any part of it may be changed in any way, nor the software reverse-engineered.
